First PacTrust Bancorp, Inc. Appoints Gaylin Anderson as Chief Retail Banking Officer

First PacTrust Bancorp, Inc. FPTB announced today that Mr. Gaylin Anderson has entered into an employment agreement with the Company and the Bank under which he will be appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Banking Officer of the Bank.
