CSG Systems Completes $376M Acquisition of Intec Telecom

CSG Systems International, Inc. CSGS today announced that it has completed the acquisition of U.K-based Intec Telecom Systems PLC. Intec is a leader in wholesale billing and mediation and is a leading provider of retail billing software worldwide. CSG initially announced the acquisition on September 24, 2010. The total cost of the acquisition, excluding transaction fees, was approximately $376 million.
