Grubb & Ellis Acquires Affiliate in Central Florida

Grubb & Ellis Company GBE today announced that it has strengthened its presence in the Southeast with the acquisition of its central Florida affiliate, Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida, with offices in Melbourne, Orlando and Tampa. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
