Stillwater Secondary Offerings Priced at $19.50

On December 8, 2010, Stillwater Mining Company SWC announced the pricing of the secondary offering of 37,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $19.50 per share. All of the shares are being sold by the Company's majority stockholder, Norimet Limited.
