American Capital Agency Announces Secondary Offering of 8.0M Shares

American Capital Agency Corp. AGNC announced today that it agreed to sell 8,000,000 shares of its common stock to Citi and Deutsche Bank. In connection with the offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any.
