Paychex Announces Acquisition of SurePayroll

Paychex, Inc. PAYX today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire SurePayroll, Inc., provider of Software-as-a-Service payroll processing for small businesses. SurePayroll, a privately held company founded in 2000, serves approximately 30,000 small businesses with its easy-to-use, online payroll product.
