Equity One Prices Stock Offering at $16.90 per Share

Equity One, Inc. EQY announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 8.0 million shares of its common stock on December 8, 2010, at a price to the public of $16.90 per share. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.2 million shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any. The offering was made pursuant to the Company's effective shelf registration statement and settlement is expected to occur on or about December 14, 2010.
