Kaman Completes Acquisition of Global Aerosystems, LLC

Kaman Corporation KAMN today announced that its subsidiary Kaman Aerospace Group, Inc. has completed the previously announced acquisition of Global Aerosystems, LLC of Everett, Washington. The transaction closed earlier today, and Global is now part of Kaman's Aerospace Segment. Terms were not disclosed.
