There is unconfirmed chatter on Wall Street today that Avon Products, Inc. AVP is a potential acquisition target. There has been no talk as of yet who is the potential acquirer. Shares were higher this morning, spiking to a high of $29.54, but are now down on the session, trading at $29.14, a loss of 9 cents.
