PetSmart Appoints Dr. Angel Cabrera to its Board

The board of directors of PetSmart, Inc. PETM has unanimously appointed Dr. Angel Cabrera, Ph.D., to the board, effective December 9, 2010. Cabrera will join the current 2008 class of directors, and will be eligible for re-election to the board by the company's stockholders at the 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
