Ashford Hospitality Trust Prices its Stock Offering at $9.65

Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. AHT today announced that it priced its underwritten public offering of 7.5 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $9.65 per share. Ashford granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.125 million shares to cover over-allotments, if any. Settlement of the offering is expected to occur on December 17, 2010.
