International Coal Group Secondary Offering Priced at $7.35 per Share

International Coal Group, Inc. ICO announced today the pricing of a registered underwritten offering of 12,268,700 and 22,577,800 shares of the Company's common stock by affiliates of each of WL Ross & Co. and Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, respectively.
