Centre partners Sells Quickie Manufacturing Corp. to Jarden

Centre Partners Management LLC today announced the sale of Quickie Manufacturing Corporation to Jarden Corporation JAH. Quickie is a leading manufacturer and supplier of conventional household cleaning tools in retail channels in North America. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
