Mesa Labs Acquires Apex Laboratories Biological Indicators Business

Mesa Laboratories, Inc. MLAB today announced the acquisition of the biological indicators business of Apex Laboratories, Inc., a North Carolina based company. The acquisition of the Apex business is expected to be immediately accretive to Mesa's earnings per share.
