Williams-Sonoma Declares Dividend of $0.15

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. WSM today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend is payable on February 24, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 27, 2011. As of November 28, 2010, the Company had 105,112,709 shares of common stock outstanding.
