Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. Reports Q4FY10 Revenue of $7.4

BASi (Bioanalytical Systems, Inc.) BASI today reported financial results for the three and twelve months ended September 30, 2010. Revenue decreased 13.1% in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010 to $7.4 million compared to revenue of $8.5 million for the same period in fiscal 2009. Service revenue declined 14.3% to $5.8 million and Product revenue declined 8.5% to $1.6 million. The net loss for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010 was $0.3 million, or $0.06 per basic and diluted share, compared to a net loss of $1.4 million, or $0.29 per basic and diluted share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009.
