Tree.com, Inc. Announces Results of Tender Offer

Tree.com, Inc. TREE, the parent company of LendingTree, LLC, today announced the final results of its previously announced modified "Dutch auction" tender offer, which expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on December 17, 2010. Based on the final count by BNY Mellon Shareowner Services, the Depositary for the tender offer, 312,339 shares of Tree.com common stock were properly tendered and not properly withdrawn at a price at or below $7.75 per share.
