ManTech Acquires of MTCSC Inc.

ManTech International Corporation MANT announced today that on Dec. 22, 2010, the company completed the acquisition of MTCSC Inc. for $75 million in cash. The completed acquisition adds additional Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems integration and cyber capabilities to ManTech's services portfolio.
