Sun Communities, Inc. SUI today announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share for the fourth quarter of 2010. The dividend is payable January 21, 2011 to shareholders of record January 12, 2011. Sun Communities has 19.9 million shares outstanding.
