Compass Diversified Holdings Declares Dividend of $0.34 Per Share

Compass Diversified Holdings CODI announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.34 per share. The distribution for the three months ended December 31, 2010 is payable on January 28, 2011 to all holders of record as of January 21, 2011.
