Hatteras Financial Corp. Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering at $28.75/sh

Hatteras Financial Corp. HTS today announced that it priced a public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $28.75 per share for expected gross proceeds of approximately $287,500,000 before expenses. The Company granted the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on January 10, 2011.
