Duke Energy Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.245

Duke Energy DUK has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.245 per share. The dividend is payable on March 16, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business Feb. 11, 2011.
