Martha Stewart CFO Departs (MSO)

Martha Stewart MSO announces that Kelli Turner will no longer be CFO. Turner will be joining a private company. Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. MSO announced today that Kelli Turner will step down as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and will be leaving to join a private company in the near future. A search for MSLO's new CFO is currently underway. In the interim, MSLO Controller Allison Jacques will serve as the Company's principal financial and accounting officer. Executive Chairman and Principal Executive Officer Charles Koppelman commented: "I want to thank Kelli for her many contributions and wish her well in her new role. I have great confidence in the financial team that remains in place. With 14 years of senior finance experience with the Company, Allison has a deep understanding of the business and is a well-respected member of the executive team."
