AECOM-Led Team Awarded Environmental-Management-Services Contract For U.S. Department of Energy

AECOM Technology Corporation ACM, a leading provider of professional technical and management support services for government and commercial clients around the world, announced today that a venture in which it participates has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for environmental remediation services nationwide. The AECOM-led team, one of 11 contractors selected, may provide environmental remediation, deactivation, decommissioning, demolition, contamination removal, and regulatory services at various locations throughout the U.S. in support of the DOE, including the National Nuclear Security Administration. The contracts have a ceiling of US$907 million with a five-year performance period. “We are very pleased to continue our long-standing relationship with the DOE,” said John M. Dionisio, AECOM president and chief executive officer. “This is a significant award for the AECOM team that will enable us to leverage our environmental capabilities in support of DOE's mission.” The AECOM-led team includes Clauss Construction, Bartlett Services Inc., Cavanaugh Services Group Inc., EnergX LLC, and NuVision Engineering Inc.
