Assurant Board Declares Quarterly Dividend of $.16/sh

Assurant, Inc. AIZ announces that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $.16 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 14, 2011 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 28, 2011.
