Brush Engineered Materials to Change Name to Materion Corporation

Brush Engineered Materials Inc. BW today announced it will change its name to Materion Corporation MTRN and unify all of its businesses under the new name effective March 8, 2011. The Company's common stock will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
