Comcast, NBC Universal Deal Close To Completion

According to this Reuters article, the Comcast CMCSA and NBC Universal deal is close to being completed, and it could be approved as early as today. According a person close to the situation, the Federal Communications Commission is expected to approve the deal with a 4-1 vote, and the Department of Justice will approve the deal after that. There will be provisions in the deal, most likely including online video. Shares of CMCSA closed at $22.72 on Friday.
