Comcast to Host Press Briefing Call on Regulatory Clearance

Comcast CMCSA will host a conference call with the media today to discuss the Federal Communications Commission's and Department of Justice's clearance of the Company's joint venture with General Electric GE related to NBC Universal at 4:00 PM. The call will be hosted by David L. Cohen, Executive Vice President, Comcast Corporation. He will be joined by Kathy Zachem, Vice President, Regulatory and State Legislative Affairs, Comcast Corporation, and Rick Cotton, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, NBC Universal, and they will answer questions on the transaction.
