The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company Declares Dividend of $.25

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company SMG, the world's largest marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden products, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a cash dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable Thursday, March 10, 2011, to shareholders of record on Thursday, February 24, 2011.
