SVB Financial Group Promotes Greg Becker to CEO

SVB Financial Group SIVB announced today that effective April 21, 2011, its President Greg Becker will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. CEO Ken Wilcox, will become Chairman of Silicon Valley Bank, and will focus exclusively on the company's operations in China, with a priority of establishing its joint venture bank.
