CenterPoint Energy Raises Quarterly Dividend to 19.75 Cents

CenterPoint Energy, Inc.'s CNP board of directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.1975 per share of common stock payable on March 10, 2011, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 16, 2011.
