Commonwealth Biotechnologies, Inc. Files Chapter 11

Commonwealth Biotechnologies, Inc. (CBTE) announced today that it has filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 bankruptcy in order to complete its planned divestment of assets and subsequent identification of a merger partner in an orderly and efficient way. The process could take up to 12-18 months to complete.
