Praxair Increases Dividend by 11% to $.50

The board of directors of Praxair, Inc. PX has declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share, an 11% increase from 45 cents per share in the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on March 7, 2011. This is the 18th consecutive annual dividend increase for Praxair.
