Wolverine World Wide Reports 52 Cent EPS (WWW)

Rockford, Michigan-based Wolverine World Wide, Inc. WWW on Tuesday morning released financial results that beat Wall Street expectations. Wolverine World Wide, Inc reported that its 4th quarter net earnings climbed to $25.6 million, or 52 cents per share, up from $16.7 million, or 33 cents per share, a year earlier. Wolverine World Wide, Inc reported revenue of $385.03 million, up from $312.53 million a year earlier. A poll of analysts conducted by Thomson Reuters showed an average Wall Street estimate of expected earnings of 46 cents per share, on revenue of $355.86 million. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Blake W. Krueger said, ""We are extremely pleased with the Company's exceptional financial performance in 2010, highlighted by record revenue and record earnings per share. All four branded operating groups contributed to the year's record results, and all geographic regions delivered double-digit revenue growth." Wolverine World Wide, Inc.
