Asbury Automotive Group Schedules Release of Fourth Quarter and Year-End Financial Results and Conference Call

Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. ABG, one of the largest automotive retail and service companies in the U.S., today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and year-end financial results before the market opens on February 22, 2011. President and CEO Charles R. Oglesby, Senior Vice President and CFO Craig T. Monaghan, and Senior Vice President and COO Michael S. Kearney will host a conference call later that day, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
