DaVita to Acquire DSI Renal, Inc.

DaVita Inc. DVA, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DSI Renal, Inc., for approximately $690 million, subject to adjustments. The company expects to close the transaction in the second or third quarter of this year.
