Marsh & McLennan Agency Acquires Hampton Roads Bonding

Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA), a subsidiary of insurance broker Marsh Inc. MMC today announced the acquisition of Hampton Roads Bonding a premier surety bonding agency for commercial, road, utility, maritime, and governmental contractors in Virginia. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
