BSD Medical Corporation BSDM today announced initial patient treatments conducted at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Beaumont is among the first in the nation to use BSD's innovative new MicroThermX® Microwave Ablation System. BSD's initial product launch was focused on placement of a select number of systems with pivotal, high-profile, interventional oncology centers and key opinion leaders. Beaumont Hospital was selected as one of four leading institutions in interventional treatment.
