Morgan Stanley MS disclosed a 5.2% stake in E Commerce China Dangdang today in a 13g filing. DANG shares initially moved higher on the news, but have now given back all of the gains. Currently, DANG is trading 2.08% lower at $26.32. Volume has been on the heavy side.
