EnerNOC Reports Q4 EPS of $(0.69) vs. $(0.83)

EnerNOC, Inc. ENOC today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2010 were $22.7 million, compared to $26.7 million for the same period in 2009, a decrease of $4.0 million, or 15%. Non-GAAP net loss for the fourth quarter of 2010 was $17.1 million, or $0.69 per diluted share, as compared to non-GAAP net loss for the fourth quarter of 2009 of $11.9 million, or $0.50 per diluted share.
