Headwaters Incorporated to Manage Coal Ash at Major New Power Plant in Virginia

Headwaters Incorporated HW today announced that coal ash produced at the Virginia City Hybrid Energy Center will be managed by a subsidiary of Headwaters Incorporated. Headwaters is America's largest manager and marketer of coal combustion products – under a long-term contract recently signed with the plant owner, Dominion Virginia Power.
