The Board of Directors of Hudson Highland Group, Inc. HHGP today announced that it has removed Jon Chait as chairman and chief executive officer of the company, effective immediately.
The Board has appointed Mary Jane Raymond, the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer, to serve as interim CEO. Lead outside director Richard J. Stolz has been elected chairman of the board.
