Herbalife Ltd Reports Q4 EPS of $1.31 vs. $1.12

Herbalife Ltd. HLF today reported that fourth quarter net sales increased 17 percent and local currency net sales increased 19 percent compared to the same time period in 2009. Net income for the quarter of $81.0 million, or $1.31 per diluted share compares to 2009 fourth quarter adjusted1 net income and EPS of $61.7 million and $0.98, respectively.
