EMCOR Group, Inc. Reports Q4 EPS of $0.70 vs. $0.61; Revenues $1.36B vs. %1.27B

EMCOR Group, Inc. EME today reported results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2010. For the fourth quarter of 2010, the Company reported net income of $40.0 million, or $0.59 per diluted share, compared to net income of $39.2 million, or $0.58 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2009. For the fourth quarter of 2010, revenues totaled $1.36 billion, level with fourth quarter of 2009. The Company's results for the 2009 fourth quarter include a pretax, non-cash impairment charge of $13.5 million, or $0.12 per diluted share after tax, as previously announced.
