BlackRock Announces Dividend Increase of 37.5% to $1.375

BlackRock, Inc. BLK today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.375 per share of common stock, increasing the dividend $0.375 per share, or 37.5%, from the prior quarter's dividend of $1.00 per share. The dividend is payable March 23, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2011.
