NCI Agrees to Acquire AdvanceMed

NCI, Inc. NCIT announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase 100% of the stock of AdvanceMed Corporation, an affiliate of CSC. AdvanceMed provides investigative services to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
