State Street Announces Senior Notes Offering

State Street Corporation STT today announced that it has commenced a public offering of senior notes. The offering is being conducted pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933. Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
