AgFeed Industries, Inc. Announces Notification by Nasdaq of its Compliance with Listing Rules

AgFeed Industries, Inc. FEED announced that it has received notification from Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that, as a result of the appointment of Mr. Webster to the Board of Directors and to the Audit Committee, Nasdaq has determined that the Company is now in compliance with Nasdaq Rule 5605(c)(2), which requires the Company's Audit Committee consist of three directors meeting the independence criteria and having the qualifications set forth in the Nasdaq Rules.
