American Capital Agency Declares $1.40 Dividend

American Capital Agency Corp. AGNC announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $1.40 per share for the first quarter 2011.

The dividend is payable on April 27, 2011 to common shareholders of record as of March 23, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of March 21, 2011.
