By 10:00 am, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 25.31 points, or 0.21%, to 12,189.07, while the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index had fallen 5.38 points, or 0.41%. The NASDAQ composite index dropped 17.44 points, or 0.63%.
Some of the narrow based indexes that are still afloat in the markets are Geothermal Stocks, which have gained 2.6%, Video Game Stocks, up 2.3%, and Dialysis and Kidney Disease Stocks, moving 1.8% higher as a group.
In Tickerspy's Geothermal complex, Nevada Geothermal Power Inc NGLPF had surged 5.6%. NGLPF trailing-twelve-month operating margin is 21.78%.
The best performing Tickerspy Video Game stock has been Majesco Entertainment Company COOL, which was up 34.9%. COOL reported strong Q1 earnings and lifted projections for the full year.
Cantel Medical Corp CMN is today's leading Tickerspy's Dialysis and Kidney Disease stock, gaining 9.1%. CMN reported upbeat Q2 results.
